Apple Cider Vinegar For Acid Reflux

We all know that apple cider vinegar (ACV) has a lot of benefits for health and beauty. A cross over trial was conducted a few days later, at which time the placebo group received the vinegar and cheese, and the vinegar group received only cheese and water. The most common recommendation is to mix one teaspoon to two tablespoons with eight ounces of water and drink before meals or when heartburn strikes. Some even suggest taking it on its own. You may have to experiment a little to find the dose that works for you.
