Ginger For Acid Reflux

If you are tired of popping a pill daily to keep acid reflux or heartburn under control, then you should consider another method. Then, bring this to a boil and now stir it carefully to dissolve the sugar. Take four cups of water and boil it. Add 2-4 drops of ginger essential oil to 1 cup of warm water. I buy a fresh one, peel it off, cut it in small pieces and just spill hot water over it, just like I would do with any other tea. For pregnant females, usage of the ginger in the form of cooked, raw or tea form will be more effective for treating nausea as well as acid reflux problem.
