The 2009 surgery almost killed me, two+ months in a coma, next to expire, etc, etc. Needless to say acid reflux and GERD have been a nightmare for me. Apple cider vinegar could help improve acid reflux in people not taking medications and with minimal risk. However, there’s limited supporting evidence. Now 6 months ago I started with ACV and results have been AMAZING, now at 1 time 2 tablespoons in the morning. I have not taken any medication ever since. Furthermore I had a check-up gastroscopy recently and it all looked perfect. I have attacks of stomach acid once per month after a very fatty meal, but that is absolutely normal. I am so happy with this solution.
